• OCR and Mark Sense – for certain documents this can significantly reduce the cost of capture
• Filing and Retrieval – we bar-code label the work, bar-code it to a box and to a warehouse shelf location so retrieval is both fast and easy
• Data Entry – we can do single entry, sight verify, double key with a limitless ability to edit according to your criteria and using your files
• Quality Control – using thousands of customizable edits XperTran® selects those “suspect” transactions for QC review after keying so that quality is enhanced and errors are not returned to you
• Hosting – our Web-based XperTran® system can provide the ability for your staff to access the system real-time, to view the status of processing, run reports, and to view the document images by unlimited search capabilities. This mechanism can also be a portal for you to offer access to your customers. XperTran® can be customized look like your own web-site location!

Importantly, we understand that not all customer’s needs are alike. As a matter of fact, we assume that NO two needs are alike. That is why we have created our own software and the ability to instantly customize it to process for YOUR needs! We also don’t assume that you want all of the full-service capabilities listed above. Therefore, you can transmit images to us if you prefer to manage your document scanning in-house. We can obviously transmit data files to your in-house systems but we can also provide CD’s, DVD or any other output for images if you want them housed for access on your systems. Our solutions can also provide viewer and search programs so that each CD is useable on any computer!
